Heilig Group and Heilig Group subsidiaries are responsible for the processing of your personal data. This privacy statement provides general information about how we handle your personal data and what rights you have.

Personal Data and processing objectives
Heilig Group processes personal data that may be relevant for the recruitment and selection procedure. We have obtained this information from you by the application form or e-mail. The data that will in any case be processed are your name, address, gender, date of birth, telephone number and e-mail address. In addition, the other data on the CV, such as education (training, courses) and work history (former employers, references, etc.), are also processed.

We collect these personal data for the purpose of carrying out the recruitment and selection process. In addition, we only process your personal data if we have a legal basis for doing so. We have a legitimate interest in processing this personal data, because without this data we will not be able to assess whether you are suitable for the position.

We also process your personal data on the basis of your consent.

Retention period
We will delete all personal data immediately six weeks after the selection process is terminated, unless we have received your consent allowing us to retain the data you have provided to us for a maximum of 1 year. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Please contact HRM for more information.

Third parties
We do not disclose or share your data with third parties, unless otherwise required by law.

Security of your Personal Data
Careful handling of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore, we have taken all necessary technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data.

Rights
Pursuant to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), you have the right to inspect your data. You can submit a request to HRM for this. Within one month of receiving your request, you will receive an overview of your personal data that we process. If it transpires that the information we have about you is incorrect, you can ask us to have your information adjusted, supplemented, deleted or restricted of processing.
